Maximize the appeal of your home before putting it on the market. This allows potential buyers to envision themselves and their belongings in your house effortlessly!

This checklist will help you make an impressive and memorable first impression.

Interior

Make your home sparkle. Cleaning of carpets, dusting throughout, wiping down countertops, wash windows, clean bathrooms and accessories.
Store or Clear Clutter: Store infrequently used kitchen appliances, organize cabinets and closets, remove magnets and miscellaneous hanging items on the refrigerator. When people come to look at your home, you want them to be able to envision their own things in it. That’s why it is important to clear out all of your personal belongings from closets and drawers that potential buyers will be looking through. You can also take down any photos or artifacts that you may have up on the walls. This will help buyers to focus on the home rather than your personal items.
Inspect and repair plumbing, heating, cooling and alarm systems.
Consider painting natural shade if necessar y and professional staging for maximum results.

Exterior

Consider Curb Appeal: Make sure your home looks inviting from the outside. Cut back overgrown shrubs, paint the front door, and replace any cracked steps or sidewalk slabs.
If you have outdoor living spaces, such as a deck or patio, make sure they are in good condition. Inspect the exterior and address any problems: paint touch ups, bunt out landscape, lighting, weeds, dead plants, and broken sprinklers.
Maintain lawn, walkways and outisde areas. If you have a lawn area, make sure it is freshly mowed and edged. Clean windows will make all the difference too!
